AZTAR CORP.
   
   Michael Downs has been promoted to senior vice president of hotel operations at the company's Tropicana Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. Downs came to the Tropicana in 1997 from the Las Vegas Hilton and has more than eight years of hotel experience with the Hilton Hotels Corporation. He has worked his way up the management ladder at the Tropicana, starting as hotel manager. His responsibilities include overseeing more than 10 different departments including VIP, front desk, PBX, room reservations, facilities, special events, sales, and entertainment.  
   
COLONY CAPITAL LLC
   
   Michael Frawley has been named general manager of the Bally's Tunica Hotel & Casino, which Colony Capital recently acquired. He will oversee the daily operations of the property and its 800-plus employees. Frawley most recently served as general manager of The Lodge Casino in Black Hawk, Colo. Prior to that, he served in executive capacities for two casino enterprises owned by the Tunica-Biloxi Tribe of Louisiana-Paragon Casino Resort and First Nation Gaming.
  
   Mark Fulton has been named general manager of Resorts Tunica Casino Hotel, formerly known as Harrah's Tunica, which Colony Capital LLC acquired earlier this year. Fulton brings more than 11 years of executive gaming experience to his new role, where he will oversee all aspects of Resorts Tunica's operations. Fulton's most recently served as chief operating officer of Wheeling Island Gaming, Inc. in Wheeling, W.Va. Prior to that, Fulton served in a variety of executive positions with Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. in Biloxi, Tunica and Vicksburg, Miss.
  
   Tony Perrone has been named to the position of vice president of marketing for Resorts Atlantic City. Perrone will oversee Resorts Atlantic City's direct marketing department, special events, promotions, the box office and numerous VIP services. He began his career in the Atlantic City casino industry in 1984; the past 19 years serving in various positions at the Atlantic City Hilton Casino Resort. Most recently, Perrone served as the Hilton's vice president of casino marketing.
  
   Dominic Polizzotto has been named senior vice president and general counsel of corporate development for the Las Vegas-based Resorts International Holdings Inc., an affiliate of Colony Capital. He previously served as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for Horseshoe Gaming Holdings Corp. between 2001 and 2004.
  
   Roger P. Wagner has been named chief operating officer of the Las Vegas-based Resorts International Holdings Inc., an affiliate of Colony Capital. Wagner served as chief operating officer of Horseshoe Gaming Holdings Corp. from 1998 to 2004, where he helped the company achieve unprecedented revenues of over $1 billion annually. Wagner has is also a veteran casino executive of the Atlantic City gaming industry.
  
   John C. Wolfe has been named senior vice president and chief information officer for Resorts International Holdings Inc. Wolfe served as chief information officer for Horseshoe Gaming Holdings Corp. between 1998 and 2004.

   
GAMETECH INTERNATIONAL
   
  Jay Meilstrup has been named the Reno, Nev.-based company's president and chief operating officer, replacing John Furman, who tendered his resignation with the company earlier this year. Meilstrup most recently served as senior vice president for Niagara Properties at the Niagara Falls Casino. Prior to that, he served as the general manager of Casino Niagara in Canada.
   
HARRAH'S ENTERTAINMENT
   
   Michael Osanloo has been named senior vice president of marketing for the Las Vegas-based company's Eastern Division. In his new role, Osanloo will be responsible for creating a marketing direction and business generation plan for the Eastern Division. He will ensure that the best marketing strategies are in place to drive loyalty and retention among key customers. He will also develop an entertainment strategy to attract and retain customers, and assess the competitive marketplace in regard to marketing strategies, campaigns and promotions. Osanloo joins Harrah's from Bain & Company, a global business consulting firm.
  
ISLE OF CAPRI CASINOS INC.
   
   Duncan McKenzie has been appointed as a regional vice president for the Biloxi, Miss.-based company. In his new position, McKenzie will oversee the company's properties in Lula, Vicksburg and Natchez, Miss., as well as the company's properties in Kansas City and Booneville, Mo. He most recently served as the president and general manager for Grand Casino Biloxi and has over 22 years of casino experience. 
  
MGM MIRAGE
   
   Rose McKinney-James, a Las Vegas businesswoman and former state and elected official has been named to the company's board of directors. McKinney-James established and currently owns Energy Works Consulting and McKinney-James & Associates. She serves on a number of boards of directors-including holding a former board position with Mandalay Resort Group-and serves with a number of charitable or lobbyist organizations. 
  
TRUMP ENTERTAINMENT RESORTS INC.
   
   James B. Perry has been named chief executive officer. Perry previously served as the president and chief executive officer of Argosy Gaming, where he earned numerous accolades for growing the company's revenues and profits. Donald Trump, the company's chairman and largest shareholder, said he picked Perry from a strong list of qualified candidates based on his accomplishments with Argosy.
  
   Mark Juliano has been named chief operating officer of the company. He joins Trump Entertainment from Harrah's/Caesars Entertainment, where he recently resigned as president of Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. Juliano also served as president of Caesars Atlantic City between 1994 and 1999.
  
   Scott Butera will assume the role of the company's chief strategic officer, where he will complete the recapitalization process undergone by the company and develop new strategic initiatives to expand the Trump brand.

  
TURNING STONE RESORT & CASINO
   
   Douglas Clark, formerly the executive chef at P.J.Dorsey's Steakhouse in Armory Square in Syracuse, has joined the culinary team at Oneida Nation's Turning Stone Resort and Casino. He will help oversee the New York resort's food and beverage operations, specializing on fine dining and culinary events.
