Nick Farley & Associates unveils new testing division brand

By Andy Holtmann

Solon, Ohio-based Nick Farley & Associates has unveiled its new trade name for its compliance testing division—Eclipse Compliance Testing.

The Eclipse testing division will provide regulatory compliance testing services for gaming systems and their respective components. The company said that on-site inspections to verify installed software, communication between electronic gaming devices and monitor and control systems, and cashless gaming systems will also be handled by Eclipse Compliance Testing. As parent company, Nick Farley & Associates will continue to offer its independent test lab services, such as expert witnesses, consulting and forensic evaluations.

The company has operated in the gaming industry for seven years and in that time found a growing niche in Class II gaming as well as commercial casinos.

“The blueprints have been laid out since the beginning and after a lengthy and rewarding building process, we are excited to present the gaming industry with Eclipse Compliance Testing,” said Nick Farley, the company’s president. “While this new division is just being unveiled, it is backed by the same knowledgeable and professional staff that have helped mold NFA into the highly-respected company it is today. Eclipse Compliance Testing will carry the reputation that NFA has earned as an independent test laboratory to new heights as we continue to uphold and improve upon our current place in the industry.”

The Eclipse Compliance Testing is being rolled out through new logos, updated brochures and a revamped Web site that reflects the company’s new position.
