BALLY GAMING & SYSTEMS
  
 Neil D. Lewis has been named European sales manager for the Las Vegas-based gaming manufacturer. In his new position, Lewis will be responsible for overseeing the company's expanding sales efforts across Europe. Lewis will be based in the company's Wigan, UK office in Greater Manchester. Prior to joining Bally, Lewis was group international sales manager for Maygay Machines, Ltd., one of Europe's premier manufacturers of coin-operated amusement and gaming devices. Lewis was also the international product-development manager for JPM International, a respected U.K. manufacturer and distributor of amusement and gaming devices.
  
  BOYD GAMING
  
  Ted Bogich has been named vice president and general manager of the company's Sam's Town Tunica Hotel and Gambling Hall, in Tunica, Miss. In his new position, Bogich will be responsible for executive management of all areas of the gaming and hotel operations, including advertising, accounting, marketing, special events, casino operations, and will also oversee and supervise all of the property's day-to-day functions. Bogich, with more than 17 years experience in the gaming industry, joined Boyd Gaming following his tenure as senior vice president and general manager at the Harrah's North Kansas City and Harrah's Louisiana Downs facilities.
 
  Jim Carter and David Krasn have both been promoted to vice president posts for the Las Vegas-based company. Carter has been named vice president of planning. He began with Boyd Gaming in 1996 as director of budgets and analysis, where he improved the company's budgeting and analysis programs and had an active role in the company's expansions and acquisitions. Krasn has been named vice president of tax. He has served as the company's corporate tax director from 1997 and oversees all federal and state tax functions for the company.

  
 INFOGENESIS
  
  Ted Urschel has been named general counsel for the Santa Barbara, Calif.-based technology solutions provider. Urschel has more than eleven years of experience representing technology companies in corporate and business law matters. He received a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Davis, and a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. In addition to serving as general counsel to InfoGenesis, Ted serves as general counsel or special acquisition counsel to two companies located in the Bay Area, Calif.
  
  INTERNATIONAL GAME TECHNOLOGY
  
  Steve Morro has been promoted to president of the Reno-based gaming manufacturer's North American Gaming Group. Morro previously served as the company's vice president of eastern region sales. Additionally, Ron Rivera has been promoted from vice president of sales to senior vice president of sales.
 
  ISLE OF CAPRI CASINOS
  
  Richard F. "Dick" Stewart has been named vice president of property marketing for the Biloxi, Miss.-based company. He will lead the implementation of the company's marketing plans at each of the properties it operates. Stewart has more than 30 years of gaming industry experience, most recently serving as vice president of resort operations and director of marketing at the Pearl River Resort & Casino in Philadelphia, Miss.
  
  HARRAH'S ENTERTAINMENT
  
  Annie Allman has been named vice president of operations and assistant general manager of Harrah's Chester Casino & Racetrack, the harness raceway and slot casino being developed in suburban Philadelphia, Pa. by the Las Vegas-based gaming company. She currently serves as a marketing executive with the Harrah's Eastern Division, having worked in a number of management roles for the company dating back to 1996.
 
  Vince Donlevie has been named general manager of Harrah's Chester Casino & Racetrack. Donlevie currently serves as vice president and assistant general manager of Harrah's Joliet. He will continue there until June. He is a 25-year veteran of the gaming industry, with 12 years spent with Harrah's.
 
  Tom O'Donnell has been named general manager of Harrah's Cherokee Casino & Hotel in western North Carolina. He succeeds Patrick Dennehy, who was recently named senior vice president and general manager of Horseshoe Bossier City Hotel & Casino and Harrah's Louisiana Downs-both in Louisiana. O'Donnell has over 23 years of gaming industry experience, including stints as general manager of the Showboat Atlantic City, Harrah's Joliet and the Turning Stone Resort & Casino in New York.

  
 LAS VEGAS SANDS CORP.
  
  Irwin A. Siegel has been elected to the Las Vegas-based company's board of directors. He will also serve as the chairman of the audit committee, replacing Charles D. Forman, who resigned from that committee, but will remain on the company's board of directors as an independent director. Siegel is a certified public accountant and was a partner in the accounting firm Deloitte & Touche from 1973 until his retirement in 2003.
  
 PINNACLE ENTERTAINMENT
  
 Nancy Do has been named executive casino host for the company's L'Auberge du Lac Hotel & Casino currently under construction in southwest Louisiana. In her position, Do will focus on establishing and nurturing client relationships within the Asian community and oversee all activities related to the Asian market. She will also provide guidance, direction and leadership to other L'Auberge casino hosts. In addition, Do will carry the responsibility for developing on-property programs, amenities and experiences that cater specifically to the needs and wishes of Asian clientele.
  
  VENTURE CATALYST
  
 Donne Grable has joined VCAT as executive director of gaming operations. His primary focus will be technology innovation at Barona Valley Ranch Resort and Casino in San Diego, Calif.  As executive director of slot operations for Barona Valley Ranch Resort and Casino until 2002 when he joined Sierra Design Group, Grable helped install the first successful ticket-in/ticket-out casino floor in the United States. In his most recent position as vice president of video lottery terminals for Sierra Design Group, Grable was involved with the launch of VLT's at the New York racetracks as well as Sierra Design Group's contract award from the Austrian Lotteries becoming their exclusive Central Determination System and VLT provider.
