Cooking and scorch pan liners
Cooking and scorch pan liners-DayMark Food Safety Systems
DayMark's new cooking and scorch pan liners help cut labor costs by eliminating soaking and scrubbing. The pan liners prevent scorching and burning for 100 percent food utilization, while retaining moisture to improve flavor and appearance of culinary dishes.
The liners are made of resilient material, able to withstand slices, scrapes and other wear and tear common in food and beverage departments. DayMark's cooking liners are recommended for use up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, while scorch pan liners are recommended for up to 220 degrees Fahrenheit.
Operators can store, chill and reheat food in either of the liners and both are safe for boiling or use in a microwave. CJ
