NEVADA REGULATORS OK CANTOR GAMING’S MOBILE GAMING SYSTEM OPERATIONS
January 1, 2009

Approval follows extensive field trials at The Venetian
Cantor Gaming in November received approval from
the Nevada Gaming Commission to begin operations with its mobile gaming system
within approved gaming areas in Nevada.
The completion of extensive
field trials at The Venetian in Las Vegas and
subsequent approval opens the door for Cantor Gaming, an affiliate of the
global financial services company Cantor Fitzgerald, to offer its gaming
products to all Nevada
casinos, the company said.
“We are
obviously delighted to have reached this stage in the evolution of mobile
gaming within the state of Nevada,”
said Lee Amaitis, Cantor Gaming president. “The Gaming Control Board and Gaming
Commission have been extremely thorough and rigorous in assessing the
technology and processes supporting our mobile gaming device, eDeck, and the
integrity of Cantor Gaming.”
