FORT SILL CASINO SELECTS BALLY ACSC SYSTEM
December 10, 2009
The Fort Sill Apache Casino in Lawton, Okla., has chosen Bally Technologies’ ACSC slot monitoring, marketing and casino accounting system after a competitive selection process.
Along with a comprehensive slot-management system, Bally will provide Fort Sill with 655 iVIEW player-interface displays for every gaming machine on the casino floor. The iVIEW displays will enable Fort Sill to offer players a number of interactive ways to access their bonusing features, marketing promotions and player’s club account. In addition, Fort Sill will be able to cross-promote resort amenities through iVIEW and deliver powerful marketing messages and customized bonusing events.
Along with the marketing power of iVIEW, Bally is providing the Fort Sill Apache Casino with its CMS suite of marketing solutions including player tracking and analysis; player’s club enrollment and redemptions; as well as a variety of customizable marketing promotions. In addition, Fort Sill will use Bally’s Power Promotions to enable players to convert points and promotional dollars to playable credits; and Power Winners to create floorwide, multilevel progressive promotions.
“In our competitive market, we feel confident that Bally’s system, with all of its marketing, promotions, communication, and bonusing features, will truly give us the edge that we need to take our operation to the next level,” said Chris Williams, marketing director of the Fort Sill Apache Casino. “Bally’s years of proven product innovation and commitment to customers gives us peace of mind in this very important step forward for our business.”
“We appreciate Fort Sill Apache Casino’s decision to partner with Bally and look forward to a long and rewarding partnership,” said Rob Jackson, Bally vice president of systems sales – western North America. “Our system features will enable Fort Sill to develop even more exciting and profitable on-floor marketing and promotions programs and communicate directly to players at every game through Bally’s iVIEW.”
