Express 303
March 2, 2009

Apart from
the HESS classics such as POLARIS
Redemption Center
and POLARIS Scorpion that ease the work load of the employees considerably and which
are therefore a decisive guarantor of the successful process optimization in
casinos and arcades, recently two new products were added to the Hess gaming
offer.
Starting
from now, Hess Express 303 and Hess Express Bill Breaker are available under
the label HESS Express, which combines compact coin and bill counters as well
as coin sorters and bill breakers. HESS Express 303 is a high-performance bill
counter and sorter that can handle up to 1,000 bills per minute. Its features
include first class counterfeit detection as well as a quality check of the bank
notes. These ensure that counterfeit money and bank notes of an unsatisfactory
quality are not returned to circulation. The HESS Express Bill Breaker, the
second new product, enables patrons of casinos and arcades to change their bills
easily into smaller ones, and because of the excellent price-benefit ratio it
is particularly interesting for arcade operators.
The
complete HESS gaming range was recently presented at the leading trade show for
the casino and amusement industry – the “International Gaming Exhibition (IGE)“
– in London. For the first time, HESS had its own stand. “The International
Gaming Exhibition was a tremendous success for us,“ says Erik de Kat, sales
manager for HESS gaming. “The decision in favor of our own HESS trade show
stand fully paid off. The customers just loved our comprehensive product range,“
concludes de Kat.
HESS Cash Systems GmbH & Co. KG is a subsidiary of the
internationally active Gauselmann Group. Over 140 HESS employees develop,
produce, and sell self-serve banking systems, municipal payment systems,

under the motto “Creativity is the motor of our innovative solutions." The HESS
development and production site is located in Magstadt in the vicinity of the
capital of the German federal state of Baden-Württemberg, Stuttgart. From research to development and
manufacture the HESS- products are completely “Made in Germany.“ Nevertheless, the HESS
products are sold successfully worldwide. Currently, the export share is 60
percent.
