IGT offers free online training for network systems customers

Starting in July, IGT Network Systems customers can participate in free online training filled with valuable tips, tricks and strategies to help them get the most out of their current IGT systems.

“We understand the challenges our customers are facing and the impact this economy is having on their operations,” said Reed Alewel, Senior Vice President of Systems Sales and Service. “We’ve heard their request for more cost-effective methods to get the training they need to help them operate more competitively than ever before.”

This six-week series will feature a variety of live and on-demand online training events on the following products:        

  • IGT Advantage Patron Management        
  • Advantage Bonusing        
  • IGT Advantage Machine Accounting        
  • EZ Pay Ticketing        
  • sbX & Network Infrastructure        
  • IGT Mariposa
 “This online learning series is designed for customers who want to enhance their product knowledge, learn best practices and make more money with the IGT products they have today,” said Javier Saenz, Vice President of Network Systems Product Marketing. “This is a great opportunity for Network Systems customers to connect with IGT experts and other users right at their desktops – no travel or expense reports required.”

Event registrants will receive a free month of unlimited access to the library of self-paced courses at the IGT Learning Center. More than 40 training modules covering a range of Network Systems products are available on-demand. Registration for the online learning series opens June 2.
