The Romanian subsidiary of Olympic Entertainment Group (OEG) opened its flagship casino, Bora Bora, in the capital city Bucharest. Close to 100 million kroons (6.4 million Euros) were invested in the opening of the new casino, which is located in the Accor Hotels chain’s 4-star hotel Pullmann.

The Olympic Casino Bora Bora covers an area of more than 1,400 square meters and has 72 slot machines, three electronic roulette tables and 17 casino tables, four of which are located in the VIP room.

OEG entered the Romanian market in the second quarter of 2007 by acquiring three casinos in Bucharest that belonged to operator Empire International Game World. OEG now operates six casinos and employs 224 people in Romania. OEG also operates casinos in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus, Ukraine, Poland and Slovakia.
