SPIELO International’s cashless system makes Latin America debut
May 30, 2012
Coyhaique Dreams Casino, located in the Patagonia region of Chile, is the first Latin American casino to install cash wallet, SPIELO International’s cashless payment system. The cash wallet magnetic stripe card system went live earlier this month at Coyhaique Dreams Casino on 150 machines connected to SPIELO International’s Crystal WEB floor network platform.
cash wallet is a cost effective payment solution for casinos that provides efficiency, convenience and security for players. Should the player lose a card, they don’t lose his cash, because it’s securely stored in the system. The cash wallet module has been developed based on many years of systems management experience to provide operators with great comfort and ensure ease of operation.
The Dreams Group, owner of Coyhaique Casino, has been using many of SPIELO International’s innovative systems products, including Star JACKPOTS for Wide Area Progressive (WAP) jackpots solutions, as well as the Star MARKETING player tracking and loyalty club module. Coyhaique Dreams Casino has also deployed SPIELO International’s GALAXIS Star SLOTS slot management solutions including Slot Performance Analysis and Floor Master. Floor Master shows key slot performance information in real time with a map of the slot floor to display ‘hot’ and ‘cold’ machines, as well as real-time player information and maintenance workflows. Floor Master is available on desktop touch screens and PC-tablets on the slot floor.
“We are delighted to introduce cash wallet at Coyhaique Dreams Casino, specifically as it is such an emblematic operation for the Dreams Group,” said Tomas Mieles, casino systems director Latin America, SPIELO International. “In the past three years our teams have worked very closely with Dreams Group on operational and technological strategies and we believe that cash wallet is the right product to provide a revolutionary gaming experience to their players.”
