Golden Gaming and Cantor agree to sports wagering deal

Cantor
Gaming has signed a long-term agreement with Golden Gaming to operate the race
and sports book at the Pahrump Nugget Hotel & Casino. This marks Cantor
Gaming's first Nevada-based agreement with a leading gaming operator outside of
Clark County. The deal is subject to regulatory approval.

are delighted to partner with Golden Gaming and operate a Cantor Race & Sports
Book at the Pahrump Nugget,” said Lee M. Amaitis, president and CEO of Cantor
Gaming. “This agreement marks a new milestone for Cantor Gaming as we continue
to extend our footprint throughout Nevada.”
Under
the terms of the agreement, sports wagering enthusiasts will be able to wager
in the Cantor Race & Sports book at the Pahrump Nugget Hotel & Casino.
In addition, they will be able to sign up for a Cantor Mobile Sports wagering account
and download the application that allows sports wagering anywhere with Nevada.
Cantor's sports application can be used on smart phones, PCs and tablets via
Cantor Gaming's Wi-Fi enabled solution which contains Cantor's entire suite of
sports wagering products including Better Odds Parlays.
