SBTech enters African market with exclusive Betland deal

SBTech,
a provider of turnkey sports betting solutions, has signed an exclusive deal
with African land-based operator Betland. Licensed and regulated in Nigeria,
Betland is one of the leading land-based operators in the region with more than
100 betting shops. The new partnership will see SBTech provide land-based and betting
shop solutions for the African market.
SBTech's
products have already successfully penetrated several regulated jurisdictions, such
as the UK, Georgian and Danish markets. Executives for the company are
confident a move into the regulated Nigerian market will be just as successful,
giving rise to potential growth into the wider African market.

The
partnership will not only provide Betland with the opportunity to strengthen
their domination of the Nigerian market with SBTech's s live betting product
for land-based network and betting shop operations, but will also set them up
for a planned expansion into the online medium with their sights set on the
SBTech's online and mobile solutions.
