Red Hawk Casino made several personnel announcements
including Anthony
DiSalvatore as vice president of security and transportation.
DiSalvatore has more than 23 years of experience in the security industry and
joins Red Hawk from The Isle Casino & Racing at Pompano Park in
Florida. He will be responsible for the safety of patrons and employees at the
223-acre property, which includes 140,000 square feet of gaming space and a
racetrack, in Northern California.
Also at Red Hawk,
Joe Diver has
been hired as vice president of food and beverage. Diver has more than 23 years
of experience directing the food and beverage operations at casinos and hotels
throughout the country. Most recently he served as director of food and
beverage at the Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa in Las Vegas, where he led a
team of more than 900 people, serving the resort’s nine restaurants, two
nightclubs, five bars and pool area.
Two new gaming
executives at Red Hawk include Peter Nairn as vice president of table games and
Corey Plummer as
vice president of slots. Nairn has more than 30 years of industry experience
and comes from the Cimarron Casino in Oklahoma
where he served as general manager. As vice president of table games he will
direct the operations of the casino’s 75 table games including live action
blackjack, baccarat, pai gow poker, and 3-card poker.
Plummer joins the casino from Aristocrat Technologies in Las Vegas, where he
served as the strategic marketing manager. He has managed slots, table games,
VIP and loyalty programs for several casinos, both domestically and internationally,
for more than 10 years and will be responsible for Red Hawk’s more than 2,000
slot machines.
