Benito Biancaniello was one of three new
directors appointed at Aliante Station, Station Casinos’ newest property that
opened in November in North Las Vegas.
Biancaniello is the new director of slot operations and responsible for
securing and offering the most current slot/video poker products at the casino
that features 2,550 machines. Biancaniello has risen through the casino ranks
at Station Casinos, serving in various gaming positions and assisting in
opening up six Station properties during his 20 years with the company. Laci Urcioli has been named director of marketing at Aliante and is
responsible for overseeing the advertising, promotions, player development and Rewards Center for the property. Urcioli has
served in various marketing positions in the gaming community including at IGT,
where she was a marketing services representative and product specialist, and
Walker Digital as an account executive. She held various advertising and
promotions positions throughout Station Casinos’ properties including Texas
Station and Sunset Station. Rod Hicken is Aliante’s new
director of facilities and will oversee the facility including the engineering
and internal maintenance departments with an emphasis on the cleanliness and
appearance of the property. Hicken has been part of the Station Casinos family
since 2002 serving in various engineering and facilities roles at Green Valley
Ranch and Palace Station.
