American Casino & Entertainment Properties has named Thomas Stretlien vice president of human resources for Stratosphere Casino Hotel and Tower in Las Vegas, where he will be responsible for employment, internal communications, training and staff development and employee services. Prior to joining the Stratosphere Stretlien was executive director of human resources for The Venetian Hotel Casino and Palazzo Las Vegas Resort Hotel Casino in Las Vegas.
