GAMING PARTNERS INTERNATIONAL
The board of directors of Gaming Partners International has promoted Gregory Gronau to the position of president and CEO, succeeding Gerard P. Charlier, who retired in September. Gronau, the former president and chief executive officer of Cadillac Jack, joined GPI in October 2008 as executive vice president and chief operating officer. He is a former vice president of operations for Shuffle Master and a former vice president of distribution services for WMS Industries. Charlier, whose career with GPI dates back to 1985 when he was a director of its founding company, Bourgogne et Grasset, remains as a director of the company.
