Johan Stoop and Dries de la Rey

Aruze Gaming America has announced two key management appointments affecting its Europe, Africa and Central and South American markets. Aruze Gaming Africa GM Johan Stoop has relocated to the company’s global headquarters in Las Vegas, where he has taken the position of vice president for the Central and South America regions. Stoop has more than a decade’s experience in operational management and marketing.
His successor is Dries de la Rey, who has been named general manager for Europe and Africa. De la Rey is a former managing director of iVolve Technologies, a leading ICT solutions provider serving the South African market, and has 10 years’ sales and marketing management experience with Aristocrat Technologies and WMS Gaming.
