Cannery Casino Resorts announced management appointments at the property level. Marty Gross has been named vice president and general manager of Eastside Cannery Casino & Hotel in Las Vegas. He most recently was CEO of Quechan Casino & Resort in Winterhaven, Calif. He is a former vice president of development for the M Resort Spa Casino in Las Vegas and a former director of operations and development for Station Casinos.
