Cannery Casino Resorts has appointed Tom Lettero president and CFO. He joined CCR in 2005 as chief financial officer and was appointed chief operating officer in January 2008. Previously he served as senior vice president and CFO of Aladdin Gaming and was executive vice president and CFO of Stratosphere Corp. He holds a master’s degree in accounting and management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
