Pala Casino Spa Resort in San Diego County has appointed Justin Atkins team member development manager, responsible for creating and implementing motivational, educational and developmental programs for employees. Atkins previously served as the training manager for Gaylord Opryland in Nashville, Tenn., the flagship property for Gaylord Hotels. He has a bachelor of business management degree from Belmont University in Nashville and has earned certifications in the Franklin Covey, Development Dimensions International, Ken Blanchard and DiSC Behavioral Management programs.
