Tropicana Las Vegas announced the appointment of Charles (Chuck) Esposito to the position of casino manager, responsible for overseeing daily table games and slot operations and the casino’s overall offerings. Esposito has more than 20 years of gaming industry experience, having served in executive positions with Fontainebleau Las Vegas, Caesars Entertainment (later Harrah’s Entertainment) and Hilton Hotels Corp.
