Tropicana Las
Vegas has appointed Cynthia
Mun vice president of marketing,
responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing for the Strip resort’s $125
million restoration and rebranding. Mun has two decades of experience in
strategic and product marketing, most recently with MGM Mirage, where she
served as executive director of Business Insights and Strategy. Prior to
joining MGM Mirage, she held the title of Leader of New Product Development for
the Small Business division of D&B. She is a former senior vice president
of Pandora.com, an online music personalization and recognition service, and a
former director of product marketing and management for Gemstar TV Guide
International. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Yale University and is a
graduate of Harvard Business School’s Leadership and Strategy programs. …
Tropicana Las Vegas also has named Lee Ann Groff-Daudet to the position of vice president of entertainment. Groff-Daudet has
more than two decades of entertainment and production experience and has held
positions with Blue Man Group, The Colorado Actors’ Theater, Columbia Pictures
and Twentieth Century Fox. She holds a bachelor’s degree in theater from Smith
College and studied at the Institut d’Art et Architecture and Sciences
Politiques in Paris.
