Pinnacle Entertainment has appointed Richard J. Goeglein, who was named interim
non-executive chairman in November, to the position of non-executive chairman.
Goeglein joined Pinnacle’s board in 2003 and previously served as a director
from 1997 to 1998. He was president and later chief executive officer of
Aladdin Gaming and Aladdin Gaming Holdings and was president and chief
executive officer of Harrah’s Hotels and Casinos from 1980 to 1984. He is the
owner of Evening Star Holdings, a strategic consulting and travel-services
company.
