Finance Officers Association has named Valley View Casino CFO Jennifer Bryant as the organization’s
tribal gaming facility “Chief Financial Officer of the Year”. The award, one of
the association’s 2010 Financial Leadership Awards, recognizes innovative
thinking in developing the financial plans of a tribe and great leadership and
success in implementing ideas for the overall betterment of a tribe. Before
joining Valley View Casino in 2007, Bryant served for five years as CFO at
California’s Viejas Enterprises. She has also worked for Reuters America and
was European financial manager and controller for the Walt Disney Company’s
European film distribution division. Valley View Casino, located in Valley
Center, Calif., near Escondido, is owned by the San Pasqual Band of Mission
Indians.
