Pete Brascia has been promoted by MGM Resorts International to the position of senior vice president of customer development for the Mississippi properties, responsible for internal customer service, casino marketing and sales, the NOIR high-end players club program, loyalty marketing and the large planes and bus programs for both Beau Rivage and Gold Strike. Brascia has more than 20 years of gaming and marketing experience, starting as a dealer and floor man in Las Vegas and advancing into management at Horseshoe Casino and Hotel in Bossier City, La., as player development manager and later as vice president of player development. He began his career with the company in 2006 as vice president of player development at Beau Rivage.
