Pete Carmen, previously the senior vice president and general manager of Oneida Nation of New York's Nation Enterprises, has been named chief operating officer of the enterprises, succeeding Frank Riolo. Carmen also served at one time as general counsel and chief legal officer for the Oneida Nation. He is a 1988 graduate of Brandeis University and a 1991 graduate of Syracuse University College of Law. He was a partner and a member of the executive committee of the law firm of Mackenzie Hughes.
