The
Oneida Nation’s Turning Stone Resort Casino has named Scott Kidd vice president of Food and Beverage, where he
will oversee all F&B operations at the Verona, N.Y., resort, including 15
restaurants, special-events catering, room service and the employee cafeteria.
A 25-year veteran of the resort food and beverage industry, Kidd most recently
was vice president of Food and Beverage at Thunder Valley Resort and Casino in
Lincoln, Calf. He also served as executive chef and executive director of Food
and Beverage at Barona Valley Ranch and Casino in Lakeside, Calif., and was
executive chef at Grand Canyon National Park Lodges in Arizona and Knott’s
Berry Farm in California. He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of
America.
