Cadillac Jack, a leading supplier of games and technology to the global gaming industry, has appointed Chris Schwab as vice president of legal.

Schwab’s key responsibilities include providing legal support to Cadillac Jack’s business units, review of customer contracts and other commercial agreements, maintaining corporate governance protocols, managing Cadillac Jack’s intellectual property portfolio and assistance with the implementation of Cadillac Jack’s SOX initiative as part of the company’s best practices policy.
