In his new role, Mavromatis will be responsible for developing a strong customer base and generating revenue by driving business from the surrounding area. His duties will include formulating marketing strategies for domestic markets and arranging off-property marketing trips that enhance Gold Strike’s customer base.
A seasoned industry veteran, Mavromatis brings more than 36 years of gaming experience to this position. Most recently, he served as vice president of casino operations for Fitzgerald’s Tunica. Prior to joining the Fitzgerald in 2006, Mavromatis served as director of national casino marketing for Harrah’s Tunica for four years.
