Russ Burbank has been appointed general manager of the Pueblo of Pojoaque’s Buffalo Thunder Resort & Casino in Santa Fe, N.M., with oversight of the adjacent Homewood Suites by the Hilton Hotel.
Burbank has had an impressive career in hotel and resorts development, operations, sales and marketing, as well as the culinary arts, and has worked for Marriott, Starwood and Native American casino resorts. Most recently, he consulted with investment groups, hotels and casinos doing market studies and business evaluations.
