Devin Hashimoto has been appointed the new executive chef of Okada, the Japanese fine dining destination at Wynn Las Vegas.

Since arriving at Okada, Hashimoto has personalized the menu, drawing upon his Japanese heritage and classical French training to create modern twists on traditional Japanese dishes. Prior to joining Okada, Hashimoto was chef de cuisine of the two-star Michelin French restaurant ALEX at Wynn Las Vegas, where for six years he worked alongside Executive Chef Alex Stratta.
