Red Hawk Casino has named Laurie South vice president of human resources and Evan Smith vice president of food and beverage.

South has an impressive, well-rounded background in HR leadership.  She has extensive tribal gaming experience, most recently at Spirit Mountain Casino and Lodge in Oregon and also served as an adjunct professor teaching Tribal Development courses.  South has a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University.

Smith will direct all aspects of food and beverage operations, including Red Hawk’s five award-winning restaurants. He brings more than 25 years of experience to his new role, having worked in both Nevada and tribal gaming; including South Lake Tahoe casinos and restaurants and most recently at Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino.
