Deborah
Moffatt
recently joined MotorCity Casino Hotel as the new vice president of
human resources. In her new role, Moffatt will be responsible for all aspects
of HR management including strategic planning and labor relations initiatives
on behalf of the company.
Prior to joining
MotorCity Casino Hotel, Moffatt served as the vice president of human resources
at several major hotel casinos in Detroit and Las Vegas, where she was
responsible for developing business objectives and managing individual employee
accountabilities.
Moffatt earned
bachelor’s degrees from the University of Maryland and the University of New
York, as well as her master’s degree from the University of Nevada. In addition
to her master’s degree, Moffatt also holds her Certificate of HR Management from
the University of Nevada.
