Nevada Gold & Casinos has appointed Branko Milosevic to the
role of general counsel.
Milosevic joined Nevada Gold in 2006, serving as the
company’s corporate counsel from May 2007 until August 2012. His legal practice
includes general corporate matters, contracts and securities regulations.
During his six years of gaming experience, Milosevic has frequently been
involved in the company’s work with the licensing authorities that regulate
Nevada Gold’s activities. He has also played a key role in the company’s recent
acquisitions and the sale of various non-core assets.
Prior to joining Nevada Gold, Milosevic was a legal
intern with the Contracts Division of the City of Houston Legal
Department.
Milosevic grew up in Serbia and permanently moved to the
U.S. in 2004 following the completion of his legal studies. He has been a
member of the New York bar since 2007 and is a director and secretary of the
Serbian-American Chamber of Commerce of Houston, a non-profit organization that
promotes economic and cultural relations between Serbia and the
U.S.
