The DMC-782 coin-counting scale, the latest addition to Rice Lake
Weighing System’s DIGI series, is designed specifically to handle the needs of
businesses that use large volumes of coins and/or tokens. It can also be
programmed to count paper tickets.
The DMC-782 is designed with a
large tray (12 x 8.9 inches), it can accumulate or subtract values, and it
calculates totals up to six digits. The yellow-backlit LCD display shows
weight, denomination and dollar amount and is easily toggled to switch between
count and money. The keypad is labeled for quickly counting different coin
types and features 18 preset keys and easy, one-touch tare entry to save time
and improve accuracy.
The DMC-782 offer RS-232 output to
PC, and it is highly portable and comes with an optional hard-shell carrying
case. Options include a rechargeable battery providing up to 300 hours of
continuous use (no backlight) with a charge time of 12 to 14 hours.
