The Sycuan Tribal Council recently announced that Casino General Manager Steve Penhall has resigned to accept a similar position at Pechanga Resort and Casino. Shelia Howe, Sycuan Casino’s director of gaming operations, has been named acting general manager. Howe has been director of gaming operations for the past five years. Sycuan will utilize an executive recruitment firm to conduct a nationwide search for a general manager, which is expected to take place between three to six months.<
