TableMAX Holdings LLC, a developer of electronic table games, is expanding its senior management team. Joining the company are Paul Kimmel as CFO and A. Faisal Siddiqui as chief technology officer. Prior to joining TableMAX, Kimmel was executive vice president and controller and then-chief financial officer of a leading, publicly-traded medical device manufacturer. Prior to joining TableMAX, Siddiqui was vice president of business development for GGS-US Ltd., a Sarbanes-Oxley information technology audit firm. Prior to GGS-US, Siddiqui was chief information officer at USA Capital, a private hard-money lender. Siddiqui has served as vice president of information technology for Global Cash Access.
