FutureLogic’s new Eclipse is a fully integrated, heavy-duty universal ticket and receipt printer designed both to perform a host of applications and excel under the most extreme operating conditions.
The Eclipse delivers throughput of 250mm per second in environments ranging from 20 degrees below zero (Celsius) to 60 C and 10 percent to 85 percent RH, non-condensing. It offers flexible configuration, USB 2.0 and RS-232 interfaces and multiple printer and paper roll mounting positions that can accommodate paper widths of 80 or 82.5mm and paper rolls of 100, 150, 200 and 250mm in diameter. This equates to about 5,000 6-inch receipts on a single roll. To optimize security, the Eclipse features a rugged presenter and advanced “eject and retract” technology that allows for storage of unclaimed receipts in an auxiliary tray.
From its base in Glendale, Calif., FutureLogic has steadily grown its global distribution and support network, founding FutureLogic Europe in 2004 and opening a sales and service center in Macau in 2006. In all, the company has shipped more than 1.2 million printers for the gaming industry worldwide. The company also is well-known for its GEN2 Universal and GEN2 VST Universal printers.
