Southern Gaming Summit 2010
Southern Gaming Summit held its 17th annual conference and trade show May 5-6 at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum & Convention Center in Biloxi. For the first time, the Summit was joined by BingoWorld Conference & Expo, the world’s largest dedicated bingo show. … Produced by the Mississippi Casino Operators Association and BNP Media, publishers of Casino Journal and Slot Manager magazines, the combination was a resounding success. Thousands turned out. A record 150 exhibitors filled 30,000 square feet of show floor with the latest games, technologies and supporting products and services. A stellar lineup of speakers was on hand. The conference sessions and workshops were as informative and provocative as ever. … And, of course, this being Southern Gaming Summit, there was plenty of sun and soft breezes, the inimitable “Taste of the Casinos” extravaganza and good times in abundance. What follows is a look at just some of the sights at this year's dynamic event. Photos by Patricia A. McQueen
