Legends Bay Casino-Resort would include a 60,000-square-foot casino and up to 800 rooms
A casino project appears to be moving forward in Northern Nevada.
Olympia Gaming this week requested a special use permit from city authorities in Sparks for its Legends Bay Casino-Resort.
The casino would be integrated into an existing lifestyle retail mall at the Sparks Marina. The entire casino project would include a 60,000-square-foot casino, up to 800 rooms, meetings/conference space and a spa.
It is unclear how the project would be phased, when construction might begin and if any financing has been arranged.
