Techlink joins Gaming Standards Association
The Gaming Standards Association can add responsible gaming to its list of segments its membership covers. Techlink International Entertainment Ltd., of Sydney, Nova Scotia, recently joined GSA as a Platinum member.
Techlink has spent the last decade developing internationally recognized responsible gaming solutions proven to provide players with the information and tools they need to play responsibly. The company has two core product lines: the Gameplan System, a responsible gaming solution, and the Performer, an electronic gaming machine.
Techlink President & CEO John Xidos said, “We are very proud to join GSA and to support its standardization mission. We believe the future of gaming is exciting and bright, driven by GSA’s protocols, and we want to ensure that GSA standards provide all the necessary functionality that allows them to offer unique products addressing responsible gaming.”
GSA President Peter DeRaedt said, “It is exciting to see the growing number of solution providers joining our standards setting organization to continuously address the unique industry challenges we are faced with. Responsible gaming is an important issue and as an industry we will continue to collaborate to ensure that any unique functionality required to assist vendors in providing solutions addressing this is available.”
