Newest platinum member brings Gaming Standards Association’s global membership to 76 companies

The Gaming Standards Association is making final preparations for its presence at the Global Gaming Expo, where GSA will culminate a year-long celebration of its 10th anniversary. Now GSA is also celebrating its newest platinum member, NCR Corporation.

Speaking for NCR, Vice President of Gaming Scott Winzeler said, “As the leading global provider of self-service solutions, NCR is extending our expertise in the financial, retail, entertainment, travel and other industries to improve the way customers connect, interact and transact in the gaming resort environment. The first step is teaming with GSA to ensure our broad portfolio of solutions is compatible with other devices and systems operating on GSA protocols to meet the needs of this dynamic industry.

GSA President Peter DeRaedt said, “Having NCR join GSA underscores the wide reaching capabilities of GSA protocols, which can unite a casino’s systems to serve the customer better than ever thought possible in the past.”

Joining GSA as a gold member is the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission. Joining as silver members are Hydako Co., Ltd., Intel Corporation and Manitoba Lotteries Corp.
