Las Vegas Sands’ 300-room hotel in Bethlehem, Pa., is scheduled to open as planned in May and will include Chef Emeril Lagasse’s newest restaurant, Emeril’s Italian Table. The restaurant will be Lagasse’s third at the facility, which already features an Emeril’s Chop House and Burgers and More by Emeril.

"Emeril's Italian Table, along with our new hotel, marks an important milestone in our continued expansion," said Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem President Robert DeSalvio, in a statement.

The hotel will have a total of 304 units and include six Presidential suites, 16 executive suites and 5,000-square-feet of flexible meeting space. Room service, complimentary continental breakfast, an indoor pool and a fitness center will also be offered.

"We have been a proud member of the Lehigh Valley business community since we opened our doors nearly two years ago, and look forward to bringing even more new visitors to the area with the addition of the Sands Hotel," Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem DeSalvio told theAllentown Morning Call. "With deluxe amenities, premium dining options and state-of-the-art meeting space, we expect the Sands Hotel to be a destination for leisure and business travelers alike."
