Novomatic has acquired Unidesa’s casino slot machine manufacturering and distribution lines of business. The deal includes Unidesa’s intellectual property rights, designs, patents, trademarks and inventory relating to the design, manufacture, sale and service.
Unidesa is the manufacturing subsidiary of Cirsa Gaming,
the Spain-based operator in the international liesure and gaming industries. The
proceeds from the transaction were not material to Cirsa.
