Now in its 16th year and one of the oldest and most recognized such contests in the gaming industry, this year’s contest garnered 75 product entries, each of which was judged by an independent three-person panel that ultimately selected 20 worthy products.
Judging this year's contest were Greg Solomon, chief executive officer,
MotorCity Casino; Donne Grable, vice president, gaming operations, VCAT LLC;
and Warren Davidson, slot director, Coushatta Resort.
Their choices, the 2012 Top 20 Most Innovative Gaming Technology Products
winners, in alphabetical order, are:

Casino Partner Program
Game Technology (IGT) -Juke Box
Feature in Dolly Parton Games
Joingo-Mobile Loyalty System

Each of these winning entrants will be profiled in the March issue of Casino Journal, and be honored
and awarded a plaque at the Wednesday, March 13 keynote luncheon at the Gaming
Technology Conference, slated for March 12-13 at the Green Valley Ranch Casino
Resort in Las Vegas. The winners of the Platinum, Gold and Silver Awards, along
with the winner of the contest's Attendee Choice Award, will be announced at
the luncheon. Show attendees will vote during the Gaming Technology Conference
for the Attendee Choice Award winner, selecting from among the Top 20 winners.
These top four award winners also will be featured in the April issue of Casino Journal.
Casino Journal congratulates
the Top 20 winners and thanks all of the contest entrants and its judges for
their valuable time and the diligence of their analysis.
