Glendale, Calif.-based FutureLogic, a developer of innovative ticket printing and couponing solutions, been selected as the exclusive printer supplier by three video lottery terminal (VLT) jurisdictions currently performing equipment upgrades in Canada. According to a FutureLogic release, this means that the company’s printers will be installed in over 30,000 VLTs or 87 percent of all VLTs in the Canadian market.

Equipped with a standard capacity of 450 tickets, the GEN3 Evolution
printer saves operators up to 30 refills annually per printer compared to the
200 ticket capacity of competitors' printers. An optional Promotional Network
Adaptor (PNA) creates separate and secure processing environments for printing
tickets as well as promotional coupons in photographic-quality grey scale. An
advanced multiport architecture enables the GEN3 Evolution printer to be
equipped with multiple communication ports.
