Las Vegas-based Casino Data Imaging (CDI) has licensed its leading CasinoCAD data visualization analysis program, iGuide Wayfinder Plus, and its media application, iGuide Pro Mobile, across 14 Chickasaw casino locations including WinStar World Casino and Riverwind Casino.
CasinoCAD and CasinoCAD Enterprise will allow Chickasaw casino management to take immediate action regarding its electronic gaming machine performance via graphical financial color coding, floor profiles, group tracking, multi-period tracking, information displays, point and click reporting, search engine queries, consolidated reporting and much more, according to company literature.
CDI’s award winning iGuide Wayfinder Plus program goes several steps beyond existing way finder type technologies by utilizing dynamic mapping, easy-to-use user interface and, most importantly, instant customer recognition. iGuide’s technology makes it easy for the casino to inform, promote and direct patrons to top game themes and all other pertinent areas for the casino enterprise.
“Critical to our decision making process was finding a stable vendor that not only has robust analysis and support solutions, but the vision towards adding future relevant functionality and products specific to our industry,” said Rob Jacks, chief information officer for the Commerce Division of the Chickasaw Nation. “CDI’s CasinoCAD has the track record, expertise and support making our decision an easy one. CDI’s iGuide Wayfinder Plus and mobile media application are impressive and we are pleased to see continued advancements.”
