Station Casinos properties in the Las Vegas area have purchased 18 EZ table game enhancement devices from DEQ, a Canada-based provider of table game bonusing, jackpot and loyalty solutions. Palace Station has integrated seven EZ Baccarat and seven EZ Trak into its table games area, while Red Rock Casino has integrated two EZ Baccarat and two EZ Trak into its game mix.
EZ Baccarat is method of accelerating the speed of baccarat by eliminating the commission. The winning hand bank commission is replaced by “barring” one specific winning bank hand and/or reducing the banked winning wagers. The EZ Baccarat method bars a three card total of seven and is trademarked as the Dragon 7. Players can also make a side wager as to the occurrence of the Dragon 7. This side wager pays 40 to 1 and creates an additional way for the player to win and a new revenue source for the casino.
“EZ Baccarat / EZ Trak combo has proven to be a good decision for us at Palace Station,” said Michael Jerlecki, vice president and general manager of Palace Station. “We are impressed with the speed of the game, the absence of customer commission disputes and the performance of the game due to the action on the Dragon 7 side bet. Our customers are very happy to have it.”
DEQ Systems is a global provider of gaming technology in over 30 countries. The company specializes in progressive and random bonusing systems for table games.
