GameLogic, Inc., a provider of interactive marketing products and services for the U.S. regulated gaming industry, has released its new PlayerVantage solution, the gaming industry’s first turnkey platform for harnessing the power of the Internet to improve a casino or lottery's database marketing activities.
“More and more gaming operators recognize the importance and inevitability of the Internet as a marketing channel, yet there is currently no turnkey option for integrating it into their database marketing programs,” John E. PlayerVantage combines the power of targeted email communications with a fully interactive player portal with GameLogic's engaging PlayAway game content, to create a uniquely personalized online experience for casino and lottery patrons.
PlayerVantage includes three key components:
Personalized communications designed and timed to improve the effectiveness of traditional direct mail. Combining traditional mail with electronic media has proven to result in higher response rates and a correspondingly better ROI. In addition, long-term cost efficiencies are realized as players elect to opt-out of traditional mail and receive communications exclusively online.
GameLogic's PlayAway suite of online fun, bonus-delivery and tournament games designed to engage players in a daily Internet-based relationship, thereby capturing their email address, and serving as the catalyst for their interaction with all the other aspects of PlayerVantage.
The PlayerVantage Web portal, providing every member a personal, online “play space,” complete with free online games surrounded by personalized marketing calendar, promotions, advertisements and more. The portal is the gateway for each online marketing call to action (email offer, PlayAway games, etc.) and contains all of the information relevant to that patron and his/her relationship with the property, as well as general and targeted messaging.
PlayerVantage heavily leverages GameLogic’s popular PlayAway product suite. “If you are not sure that your players are online; don’t know their email address; don't know how to get them to interact with you on the web...don't worry, that’s what PlayAway games are for,” Taylor said.

PlayerVantage is delivered under a Software as a Service (SaaS) model whereby GameLogic licenses the platform for use as a service on demand. GameLogic hosts the application on its own web servers and performs as a technology and marketing service bureau for day-to-day operations and support. This means a turnkey system that is simple to implement with low operational costs.
