Deal provides SEGAGames with an extensive suite of online gambling applications
SEGAGames Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the SEGA Corporation, will license an extensive suite of gambling applications from CTXM, a developer of games and gambling platforms, CTXM announced.
The deal will allow SEGAGames Ltd. to leverage its brand power and benefit from its extensive suite of online gaming sites.
SEGAGames solutions will be available for players in various jurisdictions around the globe. The CTXM offering will include a broad spectrum of online casino games, including casino traditional games together with CTXM propriety games. In addition, CTXM is developing a branded slot version for one of SEGA’s most popular games, House of Dead.
Udy Yosha, chief executive officer of CTXM, said the company is proud to work with SEGA.
“Being a game developer ourselves, we believe that together with SEGAGames’ unique IP we will be able to add another dimension to their online games. We feel privileged to cooperate with SEGAGames Ltd in the development of their games.”
CTXM shall integrate its IGaming integration platform XBase to the “SEGA Pass” e-commerce platform, CTXM said. The benefit of the integration is that all of SEGAGames’ co-branded CTXM online games will be available to any user having a SEGAPass account. XBase platform provides all essential tools for running an I-Gaming site, including games integration, full technology necessary for back-office administration, extensive marketing, user management and retention measurement tools.
